Cleared out a 2001 tape. It began with an ‘Invisible Man’ ep ‘Ralph’ in which the tracking was off and Darien pretends to be a girl’s imaginary friend. Is this reminiscent of anything? Not ornate.
Then there was an incoherent ‘Xena Warrior Princess’ ep 'The God You Know' in which the Archangel Michael, the Emperor Caligula (Alexis Arquette) and Eve bore. Xena runs around in tacky gold armour, Ares bores and Aphrodite is an ornament. None of the aforementioned things make this ep any good. There is a ‘sexy’ bath and it all looks cheap. This show full of women in batwing tops is only the gutted memory of what this show used to be.
Best Line:

Then came a ‘Nash Bridges’ ep ‘Recover Me’ in which thick necked men stand around, the script languishes in the doldrums and this ep has not one positive attribute.
Finally there was an ‘Andromeda’ ep ‘It’s Hour Come Round At Last’ in which the ship goes crazy, CGI stuff blows up, people run around yelling and Trance flies the ship into Magog space. The gang fight extras in ratty monkey suits. The Magog world ship shows up. Dull

On ‘Hollyoaks’: Holly lies about Dodger raping her to hide her cheating from Jason. Things fall apart. Blessing reveals herself to Dennis who savagely rejects her. Holly finds it impossible to take back her lies. Dirk chooses Cindy over the whining Dodger. No wonder Will went crazy. Finn beats up Blessing. Sinead tries to alert Tony and Diane to Finn’s laptop full of violent porn. The duo continues their chronic neglect style of parenting. Add it to their innumerable list of failures. This is more grist to Sinead’s plotting. Esther shows up with a new hairdo and a desire to go to a London fashion school. Sandy disowns Freddie. Darren is sick. Esther steals the A Level exam papers and Robbie is blamed. Blessing dumps Dennis and Finn’s works begin to unravel.
