Bryan Singer’s proposed show ‘Star Trek: Federation’ sounds good. However TPTB decided to go with the J.J movies, but if the format appeared in book form I’d be there. Its set in 3000, the Federation has become complacent and corrupt. A new enemy called the Scourge show up. Characters included a descendent of Kirk, a gaseous engineer named The 76th Distillation of Blue and a transhuman doctor. I’d have watched that. I love the name The 76th Distillation of Blue.
