‘Person Of Interest’ 1x02 promo
I think I’ll check this show out.
‘Young Justice’ Quote:
“I’m not a hero or a sidekick. I’m a traitor, a pawn.”
‘Hawaii Five-0’ Quotes:
“In retrospect, it was a poor decision.”
“Looks like the Manson family threw a party here.”
“I’m assuming this guy didn’t wake up all of a sudden and just decide to sacrifice two people to his goat god.”
“That’s not a good sign.”
Another ‘New Frontier’ novel (by Peter David) to avoid:
Missing In Action.
I am reading ‘Weirdo’.
On ‘Hollyoaks’, Ste is still fawning over Brendan and lying. Either Ste’s stupid or he has Stockholm syndrome. Frankie continues to sympathise more with Ruby than she ever did with Esther. In fact Frankie does not want to punish Ruby at all. Patrick (aka Dodger’s REAL dad) is now principle and steps up his anti-bullying campaign. Sinead wears massive fake eyelashes. Whatever became of Pete anyway?
Diane lies to Patrick about Sinead’s culpability. Patrick declares an anti-bullying taskforce, dude your daughter is a foul bully BTW. Where is Tilly? Diane and Frankie have a public yelling match about their respective parenting skills.
Mitzeee’s baby daddy Tyson walks around in a thong. Ruby confesses to Patrick about the bullying. Which Frankie tries to dismiss as “girlish banter”. Frankie than calls Ruby “brave”. Frankie threw Esther out of the house when Ruby’s necklace got broken and yet she excuses Ruby everything.
Patrick hands out punishment for the bullying. Sinead isn’t sorry at all and gets expelled. She did herself no favours by yelling and sneering. Ruby is merely suspended. What about all the other students? The ones who threw bottles of pee at Esther?
When did Nancy and Mitzeee become friends? Why hasn’t Maxine visited Esther in the hospital? Why is no-one visiting Esther? Why does everyone overlook the fact that Ruby was the bullying ringleader after Maddie died of a flaming minibus door landing on her head? Where is Esther’s mother? Are we supposed to care about Carl’s idiot revenge plan against Walker?
“Faithful ever after? You weren’t! Do you remember Tyson? You know, the stripper you had a quickie with? On a desk!”
“We made Esther try and kill herself.”
“You started it. So desperate to be part of the gang. You would have gave Esther the pills yourself if you thought that’s what Maddie would have wanted.”
“You’ll get done for this. You and your loser family.”
“You just going to ignore me now, yeah? Like you ignored Esther?”
“An idiot in a g-string for a dad.”
“I’m the victim here!”
“She had the misfortune to meet you.”
“People like you disgust me Sinead.”
Cleared out a tape from 2003. It started with a dire season 7 ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ ep ‘Bring on the Night’ in which everyone hangs out in Buffy’s house. Buffy whines, Andrew is tied to a chair, Spike’s shirt is off, the First Evil bores, the seal in the school basement bores and Giles shows up with potentials. This has endless yap, an uber vampire kicks Buffy’s ass and she makes a boring speech.
“Thanks for clearing that up because otherwise we might have thought you were up to no good here at the satanic manhole cover.”
Then there was a dull season 4 ‘Angel’ ep ‘Long Day’s Journey’ as Gwen and her cheap clip in hair extensions lurks, Wesley tries and fails to do brooding and totems are killed. Cordelia has no purpose. The Beast hurls Connor out a window and blocks out the sun.
“The Beast found where we were hiding. Spiked the drinks we made ourselves. Snuck through this unreasonably large apartment on the tippy-toes of his cloven feet right up to the vault. And killed poor Manny, unseen and unheard.”
Then came a season 2 ‘Smallville’ ep ‘Skinwalker’ in which Clark falls into a cave and finds those damn cave paintings which gives him yet another excuse to harass Lex. Lana cries and Clark pants over Kyla (it’s the chick from ‘Hatchet’ who was replaced by the chick with the wonky eyebrow for ‘Hatchet 2’)
Finally there was a decent ‘Charmed’ ep ‘The Eyes Have It’ in which Phoebe consults a gypsy to get her premonition power back. Phoebe is lazy. A blind warlock (Tobin Bell of the ‘Saw’ franchise, ‘Mann and Machine’, ‘Malice’ and ‘Buried Alive’) has his son (Channon Roe of ‘Kindred: The Embraced’) kill gypsies to steal their eyes.
The sisters hook up with a gypsy doctor (Emmanuelle Vaugier of ‘Smallville’, ‘Higher Ground’ and ‘Saw II’) to defeat the warlocks and save the gypsies. Paige has no life, Phoebe wears fingerless gloves thinking it is 1984 and she is Madonna and Piper obsesses over a homebirth.
