Sean gets shot. Ryan wants to ask the CIA for help. Nikita is stupid and annoying. Sean gets high on pain meds and babbles. Nikita is a murderous smug idiot with a martyr complex. A really annoying Division recruit (Brendan Fehr) tries to kill Michael. The gang end up having to help the CIA and Percy’s background is revealed. There is a fight, stuff blows up and the gang have a new ally. This was okay.
“Hey Michael! You miss Division?”
“What’s not to love? Reheated processed food? Every single person in this room looking at me like I’m an escort? Super fun.”
“I hope that ass was worth it.”
Fruit of The Poisonous Tree
Henry is an idiot and his special book is missing. Sidney Glass (Giancarlo Esposito of ‘Breaking Bad’ and ‘Bakersfield P.D.’) says he wants to help Emma expose the annoying Regina. Emma being an idiot believes him. Meanwhile in fairytale land, Sidney’s back-story is revealed. He was once a genie who was found and freed by a nice King (Richard Schiff of ‘The Cape’).
The King was Snow’s father and husband to the Evil Queen. The ex-genie falls in love with the Evil Queen who drama queens and uses some ham fisted manipulation to rid of her husband. The ex-genie is dim. In Storybrooke, Mary Margaret and David sneak around plus Regina is relentlessly nasty. Mr Gold and his unbrushed hair lurks. This was okay.
“Your services are not wanted nor needed.”
Fire and Blood
Sansa has made her bed and now she must lie in it. ‘King’ Joffrey prances around gloating about having killed Ned and showing off his rotten acting. Lady Stark is as petty and ineffective as ever. Tyrion is the new Hand of the King. There is bad acting all around. The former Horse Lords Queen has lost her husband, child and people. She walks into her husband’s funeral pyre and emerges unharmed with some dragons.
This had bad acting, shambles after shambles and stroke politics. Sansa has no concern for her sister, Ayra is enroute to the wall with one of Robert’s bastards and the Night’s Watch ride out beyond The Wall. King’s Landing is 1000 leagues from The Wall. When will the white walkers come and eat all these idiots? This was unimpressive.
“There’s your peace. Joffrey saw to that when he decided to remove Ned Stark’s head.”
“Winning a kingdom and ruling a kingdom are rather different things.”
“Those who would harm you will die screaming.”
“You will not hear me scream.”
A family commit bank robberies in stylish masks. There are other cops in Starling City it seems as they are all over the bank robberies and Quentin Lance is not seen at all this ep. Oliver is guilted into foiling the bank robberies. One of the bank robbers is a angry guy named Kyle (it’s the dude who played Henry Fitzroy on ‘Blood Ties’) and he has a riot shield to foil the vigilante. That was funny.
CNRI is going bust and Tommy Merlyn throws a fund raiser. Laurel is thankless and snotty. Tommy Merlyn is annoying and stupid. Merlyn is a pointless character. There is Windows 8 product placement, the IT bimbo shows up again to annoy. Thea is in love with Tommy Merlyn and makes everything all about her, again. Moira guilts Oliver. Why are we supposed to care? Didn’t she try to kill her husband and son?
We get more island flashbacks and Oliver hallucinating his dead father and discovering the mystery of the notebook. This was okayish but nothing special.
