Book Review: Coldbrook

Coldbrook by Tim Lebbon

This is a mix of ‘Fringe’, ‘The Stand’, ‘The Mist’ and ‘Night of the Living Dead’. In a facility called Coldbrook, a group of scientists have opened a doorway to a parallel earth. But a devastating plague comes through and forever transforms their world. This is an excellent scary novel that makes up for the authors awful novel ‘The Island’.

Best Lines:
“She didn’t think that she and Jonah would be watching reruns of Lost again any time soon.”

“We made a hole into another reality and the zombie plague came through and I let it out and now it’s spread everywhere.”
