Edward punches ice! Bella kicks people! This looks stupid beyond words.
There will be no review of ‘Breaking Bad’ 3x09 ‘Kafkaesque’.
‘Arrow’ comic con trailer
Oliver plans to rid his city of those who rule through intimidation by intimidation. This trailer tries too hard.
‘Arrow’ 1x05 promo
Oliver’s been arrested for being Green Arrow which I’m sure is all part of some cunning plan. There were lots of other people on the island, it’s ‘Lost’ all over again.
‘Fringe’ 5x05 promo
Finally Peter mans up, this looks good.
‘Elementary’ 1x06 promo
I think I hate this show.

Cleared out a tape from 2001. It opened with a murky looking ‘Star Trek: The Next Generation’ ep ‘Power Play’ in which Troi, Data and O’Brien are possessed by glowing balls of light on a desolate planet. They promptly smack Ro, Riker and Picard around and a hostage sitch ensues. The planet is a prison planet designed for cruel and unusual punishment and they want out. Picard says no, no, no. Troi, Data and O’Brien all display bad acting. This bored.
Best Lines:
“This moon is a penal colony.”
“That is correct. But now we have your ship and your bodies to carry us home.”
“I advise you Picard, not to pass our way again.”
Then came a ‘Xena Warrior Princess’ ep ‘Heart of Darkness’ is which Eve and Gabrielle lurk as Xena seduces the Archangel Lucifer into becoming the new ruler of Hell. This was boring and stupid with terrible acting. The shark had been well and truly jumped at this point.
Then there was a ‘Charmed’ season 3 ep ‘The Honeymoon’s Over’ in which ADA Cole Turner debuts and the blonde Phoebe and her too tight shirts falls for him. Phoebe’s levitating power debuts. Piper and Leo have boring issues. The sisters show up in a court room wearing inappropriate attire and have a big fight with demons. The twist is that Cole is a demon, but nobody knows yet. I don’t care, the terrible writing that wrecked the Cole story arc has soured me on this ep.
Best Lines:
“I thought this whole thing through.”
“Uh uh, is that why you asked me to marry you in a toilet?”
Finally there was another ‘Xena Warrior Princess’ ep ‘Who’s Gurkhan?’ in which Xena, Gabrielle, Eve and Virgil traipse to Gabby’s hometown. The 25 years into the future time shift made no real sense. Gabrielle’s unaged sister wails that their parents were killed by a warlord and her daughter taken long ago. Gabrielle displays badly acted anger and vows the warlord will die. Whatever became of Renée O’Connor after this show? Gabrielle and Xena get themselves into Gurkhan’s harem and are bullied by the mean Number One Wife. Yes, the Number One Wife is Gabrielle’s long lost niece to no-ones surprise. This was boring.
