Abby the wet rag with the abusive momma is hauled off in an ambulance after her mother tried to kill her or something. I've skipped more eps. Abby's pregnant. Tom's daughter Lynne is in a bad way. Tom's shrieky wife has a bad Princess Di haircut. The interior decor is horrid. Tom's shrieky wife is divorcing his cheating ass. This was pointless. Abby wakes up to find her overmade up mother looming over her like a ginger vampire witch bitch. The weirdo new arrival troublemaker is weird and makes trouble. I used the fast forward button. A guy wears a pale blue suit in an attempt to look like a Bond baddie. Who owns the Mermaid Yard? Lynne has a sleazy new man. The slutty mistress sluts with another man. This show is full of swamp trash. Lynne discovers her lover in bed with his WIFE and freaks out in slo mo.

A potential pandemic is discussed. Then a fungal pandemic ends civilization. There is exposition and the world is an overgrown ruin. John Hannah and Christopher Heyerdahl of 'Sanctuary' cameo. Joel and an immune Ellie will walk the Earth for reasons. It's not actually possible to make a fungal cures and vaccines – oh dear. The last normal day is done.

Pedro Pascal plays Joel. His daughter died after 32 minutes of set up. Death totally bites! There is an annoying child. This was vapid and overhyped. There is talk of QZ, FEDRA and fireflies. This is based on a computer game. WTF are clickers? Why should I care? Whatever happened to event tv?

Anna Torv was in this. Nobody noticed the old lady was infected? Joel shows what a whiny loser Rick Grimes was. This was full of well worn apocalyptic tropes. This was so badly lit. Why are there no spores or gas masks? Did the plague spread because of contaminated flour? Fungus is amongst us!

The world building makes no real sense. This is as mad as a bag of bees.
