Movie Reviews: The Curse Of The Cat People + Bad Habits + The Sorcerers
The Curse Of The Cat People (1944)
A lonely child is haunted by her father's dead 1st wife. The parents are supernatural proof. The father wears baggy trousers with a waistline that almost reaches his nipples. He dislikes his child and berates her and the mother ignores her. The father married his whore after cheating on the 1st wife. An old biddy mutter, the old biddy's daughter lurks and a Black man pops up as a servant. This was not seminal. The bad dad burns photos of his 1st wife.
