Polanski is arrested, Reagan is elected, the USSR does not invade Afghanistan and Three Mile Island is prevented by technology developed on the moon. The Pope is assassinated but Lennon lives. Charles marries Camilla meaning William and Harry will never exist. The space shuttle is built. WHY? Reagan is paranoid and war mongering. There is a cold war in space.
The Iran hostages were saved. Egypt and Israel stay enemies. There is an electric car boom. Michael Jackson is a big star. There is a Dutch astroanut and Apollo 37. You see the wonder of god's creation. There is yapping too, lots and lots of yapping! NASA puts weapons on Pathfinder.
There is a solar flare. Tracy is remarrying to Gordo's horror. The US uses the solar flare as an excuse to sabre rattle. This was dull, NOTHING happens.

Like 'Space: Above And Beyond' but with more murdering! This is based on a video game I know nothing about. It is 2552 and humanity has spread across the stars. There is exposition about super soliders called Spartans. There is a planet called Madrigal where morons get killed by evil aliens.
The evil aliens look like potatoes on legs. Spartans show up to fight the evil aliens. The Spartans wear powered armour and kill things. The opening credits aren't that interesting. A thing allows a Spartan to remember his past. Natascha McElhone in a bad wig plays a morally dubious woman.
The evil aliens have been fought for years. The evil aliens look like muppets. A human girl has been raised by the evil aliens and she wears an outfit that looks like an envelope. This was a yawn. I DO NOT CARE. There is mumbling.
There is talk about humanity's best weapon and a dead mom. People try to kill other people. There is an annoying bint and a Spartan goes on the run with said bint for reasons. I do not care.
