Picard talks. There is a bad child actor. James Callis guest stars. Patrick Stewart's old man ranting/voice grates. Rios is dumb. Picard's mommy was the actual mad woman in the attic. Guinana claims her people warred with the Q. HOW? Jurati is becoming the new Borg Queen. Picard and Guinan are hauled off by the feds. This sucked.
