This R.L Stine inspired movie is full of irksome implausibilities and inherent crassness. This was dreary and lifeless. This was crap, unwatchable crap about immature boys who should probably have worked through their issues concerning their relationship with their parents some time ago.
Devil's Road: The True Story Of Ed And Lorraine Warren (2020)
This documetary about the demonologists is bizarre. WTF was this? This was perpetually inferior and increasingly menacing. Were they deluded or con artists or both?
“Punches Ed in the face.”
“Using his fame to escalate the situation.”
“A future Pope intervenes.”
“Passed down their knowledge to a new generation.”
White Boy Rick (2018)
Matthew McConaughey stars in this true story of a gun running, drug dealing, FBI informing 14 year old white trash loser. It begins in 1984 and ugly white trash smartmouth Rick looks like he is 30. He is involved in guns and drugs. This was dreadful. Bruce Dern plays his grandfather. There is dysfunction and fighting in the street. He is a school dropout and this was trivial.
The FBI have collective aspirations and desire to annoy. Rick and his father ahve a criminal history. There is collective whining and poor rats. The FBI are patronising and hire Rick as an informant. There are no authentic responses. There is a reactionary, hyperbolic culture. There is frustration, stress and grief.
This was improbable and there is constant swearing. There are corrupt forces and this is the image of America. There is no endless sense of possibility. There is stupidity and cozening. There are pernicious trends and soulless rapacious people. There is casual use of guns in a diner parking lot. This was pretty lame. This was not wacky. Rick is repellent and there is no intellectual honesty.
There is pervasive immorality, lies and incivility. FBI informing is not an anxiety free process. Womens asses are on display. There are random acts of violence. This was unspectacular and ludicrous. There is no sense of meance. Rick dug himself a hole from which he never satisfactorily escaped. This deserves ridule.
Nobody notices the 2 FBI agents following the underage Rick around? He was shot at one point. There are dishonest people and uneasy money. This was unsatisfactory. This was bad very bad. Rick's dad has grave concerns. Matthew McConaughey goes for an Oscar in all his scenes. Rick has a gold chain collection and a child he ignores. Rick is busted for drugs. This does not speak well of Rick's judgment. Things escalate to the point of threatening his future. The FBI don't care. Various peoples actions raised serious issues. For Rick, escape is effectively impossible. There was no abundance of caution. After 30 years Rick got out. Jennifer Jason Leigh and Piper Laurie co starred in this.

People Of Earth
Why are there wrecked ships in space? There is a time passing montage. 700 years after Discovery left, all dilithium went inert. Active warp ships blew up. There is exposition and Book is now a friend.
There are unresolved issues. The future seems contentious and devoid of morality and decency. This is not extraordinarily compelling. The damning conclusion is that it was all for nothing. Where is Ash? What caused The Burn in which millions died? The crew head back to Earth and try to claim Discovery is a generation ship. Saru is captain. It takes Tilly ages to put on her uniform. Saru orates and vastly overstates Discovery's impact. There are controversial concepts. There is a memorial wall to dead crewmembers. Does anyone think of the real Lorca?
Book's cat shows up. Where is the other Starfleet guy? We see dilithium crystals – they are red. Micheal learns you can't go home again. There is a death of aspiration. There is a collective decline. Book wanders onto the bridge. Paul uses the spore drive. Discovery jumps to Saturn. Where's Spacedock? Earth is siolationist and has a forcefield and a United Earth Defence Force
Earth left the UFP. Nobody is jovial. The EDF has fascistic new uniforms and humans can't restrain from bellicose rhetoric. Where is the other Starfleet guy?!? The Emperor puts on an Admiral uniform. How do they have food? The Discovery uniform is bum hugging. Starfleet and the UFP left Earth 100 years ago. Terra Prime did achieve its aim – centuries later.
Earth had unthinkable solutions to a threat. Where are Starfleet and the UFP now? A final bitter joke. How did people ethically accept this? People seek conflict rather than compromise. The UFP lost a lot of ships in The Burn. A 16 year old EDF 'officer' shows up to annoy. Irritating raiders need to piss off. There are food slots and the snotty tween 'officer' is grimly triumphant.
Earth is not Discovery's last place of retreat. The raiders avarice could not be quenced or satisfied. These people annoy. Saru rants. Detmer is regret filled. This ep makes you recoil. This ep is an aberration. Some raider rants. People are wilfully misleading. The tween whines – somebody slap her. This is a collective decline. 2258 is where Discovery is from.
This was not persuasive. The tween 'inspector' is host to a Trill symbiont despite being human. People on Titan have mute resentment. People's proffessed agenda is not what it seems. Michael has secrets and distance and becomes XO. This was not gloriously satisfying. There is retience about the truth. How did Saru get Michael's telescope? Book leaves. Tilly and co visit the former Starfleet Acadmey. An old tree is big. Who's the blonde bridge bunny? Tilly wears eyeliner. Earth is in unsplendid and benighted isolation.

With my ex something went wrong, somewhere along the way. My ex = truly awful. He was knowingly malign. My ex has escaped any real accountability – he's an emotional enigma. I feel lonesomeness. I fiercely resent my ex. My ex hurt me with cool determination and I feel perpetually misunderstood.

Watched the 'Unsolved Mysteries' season 2 ep 'Lady In The Lake': this is a case of great unpleasantness. A most beloved mom vanished. The police seem to have unconcern and carelessness about her case. There is cheerlessness and baleful glances. Did she really walk into a grim looking frozen lake to die?
The body was not found where the police said it should be. Why was she wearing high heels in the snow? People have hellish visions of what could have happened. She left an awful void. There are hints of gleeful malice in her family. Did her husband kill her? She had overwhelming virtures. A PI speaks. Why didn't police take photos of the footprints in the snow? She was wearing 4 inch heeled boots. Could she have even reached the lake with them on?
There is a malign scenario. The dead woman was in the grip of paranoia and obsession. There was recklessness. Why somebody out to get her and did they get her? There was no effusive response by police. She was a troubled woman. The police were rudimentary. The ambience of the neighborhood is bad. There is a feeling of desertion & disregard.
The area is cold and inhospitable looking. There is unresolved grief. The body was found 30 miles away. How? Lake Erie is mentioned. There is condemnation of the cops. Why was her designer purse torn and found in her car? What became of her rosary and phone? Her high heeled boots were intact and on her feet. Police live in a state of denial. The unloved father does not contribute to this show. There is overwheming fondness for the dead woman.
Her brother is a suspect. There is ennui, vague grumpiness and complicated dynamics purging the joy out of life. Another suspect is a cop cousin who didn't come to the funeral. There was a family fallout over a will. There is no approachability. There is seriousness. There is frivolity. The unapologetic cops are morons. This all took place in Grosse Pointe. JoAnn's death remains unresolved.
“Who did your mom fear?”
“Crossed the other 2 lane traffic.”
“Someone took her.”
“Can't believe this is my life.”
“Went to church and cooked. That's all she did.”
“Never fingerprinted the purse.”

“With high heels on. In the snow. In the dark.”
