The Sharing Knife Volume Three: Passage by Lois McMaster Bujold
Fawn and Dag leave behind their old lives to travel as there is no place for them. The couple hope to find a way to overcome the differences and prejudices between farmers and Lakewalkers. As they travel, new companions join them and this motley bunch are about to encounter a hazard both human and uncanny.
Now farmers and Lakewalkers have to work together and Dag discovers yet more levels to his magic. This is a good involving read. Bujold has created a fascinating world populated by interesting people. This series is a delight to read and I intend to read the fourth and final book in the series when it comes out in paperback.
