As Irons plots yet again to regain the Witchblade, Sara and Gabriel meet.
Gabriel seems to remember the old timeline and knows all about the
Witchblade. Sara calls Nottingham Irons' 'boy toy' - hilarity. Irons attacks
Sara with a lance but she kills him, or does she?
Nottingham wails about his dead father. This was dull. The time rewinding
leaves so many unanswered questions: is Jake still an undercover fed? What
about the White Bulls? Still the mystery of who and what Gabriel is
Best Line: "Do you ever not lurk?"
Now Irons is dead, Nottingham is moussing his hair and stepping up to the
wannabe supervillian mantle. Jake is set up in the case of a new drug called
bob. Sara saves the day. Another dull ep.
Best Line: "He'd find hell to his liking."
Nottingham sends his old Black Dragon pals to kill Sara. Nottingham is
suddenly talking way too much after his wordless lurking of season 1. Sara
learns about a former Witchblade wielder named Schren. This was okay but
Jake is useless now and shouldn't be on the show and Nottingham isn't a good
enough actor to pull off his sudden eruditeness.
Sara thinks about selling the Witchblade to Gabriel. He holds it and has a
strong reaction. Sara is remembering the old timeline and hearing voices.
Meanwhile Gabriel hears from cyberfaust and an insane shrink hears voices
that tell to kill and steal the Witchblade. This was good and you get the
sense this is all set-up for something in a later ep. Why did just holding
the Witchblade effect Gabriel?
