There is no modicum of mercy and compassion in this comic. Teens got powers after a school shooting. These aren't the 'X-Men'. Fears are piled on. This drifts pleasantly enough even if it is not awash with possibilities. Adults with calculated determination wonder about defiantly obnoxious teens. This was okay.
