This opens weirdly. Julie Benz of ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’, ‘Angel’, ‘Dexter’ and ‘Jawbreaker’ stars in this tale of a gratuitously spiteful killer who bothers people. This is not immensely significant. People mumble and Benz wears a bad wig. This film goes seriously wrong and it is not ingeniously nasty. There is lots of brown in this film, like it was made in 1996 or something.
