In season 2 ‘House Of Cards’: Claire got Meechum drunk and more or less presented him to her husband. That’s really creepy in retrospect. Underwood possessed Meechum sexually as a spoil of power. Underwood's manipulation of Meechum subverted his ability to say no, which was a deep moral injustice.
