In The Line Of Fire (1993)
Tobin Bell has a cameo in this which is about as good as this mumbling, overlong mess gets. Clint Eastwood plays a Secret Service agent who is a relic of a bygone time. A crazy man has a wall of crazy. There is outdated computer tech and sexism. Eastwood has an intimidatory tone. Gary Cole sneers. Eastwood’s character faces uninhibited criticism. Renee Russo acts in profoundly unflattering ways. The unforeseeable force of the loony (John Malkovich) bores. There is no plausible explanation for the plot. There is dated tech and 80s hair. This was unsparingly stupid and full of dull surprise acting. Dylan McDermott of ‘Stalker’ wanders around. There is slo-mo and Malkovich yells and acts ‘mysteriously’. This was wholly unjustifiable and dull. This was all chaos and 80s clothes.

Best Lines:
“I get more scared when I see what is there inside.”

“Weird subculture.”

“Shouldn’t have gone and said that.”

“This is in case he ever comes back.”

“Sick bastard.”

Traces Of Red (1992)

High Spirits (1988)

Series 7: The contenders (2001)
A violent satire of reality shows that isn’t that good.

Notting Hill (1999)

The Young Poisoner’s Handbook (1995)
