There are attacks on the freeway, Charlie solves the case. In fact the FBI should just not show up as Charlie can solve everything and serve it up with a helping of smug. The homeless Larry sits around babbling and people continue to treat him as a profound lifestyle coach. He's a cult leader waiting to happen. This was okay.
