‘Scream Queens’ season 2 promo
Raw Chocolate Mulberries -nice.
‘Bullet To The Head’ (2013) was ridiculous.
Saw the ‘Elementary’ ep with the rough looking Reed Diamond, John Shea and Michael Esper. It was no good.
Recall Rock Lords? Or the Princess Of Power Crystal Falls playset which was supposed to be a refreshing water wonderland for She-Ra and her friends? It was actually a lump of ugly pink plastic. Recall the Fisher-Price medical kits? Or Glitter Batons? Or The Heart Family toys? I saw photos of the He-Man Eternia playset. It was HUGE. Ah 80’s toys.
‘April Fool’s Day is also known as ‘Die Horror Party’.
Anna is coming back to ‘Days of Our Lives’.
It is a shame that the unofficial guide to the 1970s ‘Survivors’ is out of print.

On ‘Hollyoaks’: Mercedes’ wedding dress is skanky. John-Paul shows up, Celine’s dress looks like it is from 1980 and Lindsey’s bastards feature. Joe listens to Joanne’s persuasive evidence that Mercedes is no good. There is a tacky caravan trip to the wedding. Mercedes’ balloon animal lips are pursed. The double wedding comes to its logical end. This is the stuff of ridicule. Joe breaks Mercedes’ heart by not even bothering to show up. Joe will never revive, restore or reconstruct his reputation after this. Joe is an ass. This was not a life-affirming experience. This was not gauzy storytelling, nor was it incredibly fascinating. Joe is slithery and cannot be over-vilified enough. More pungent terms could be applied to him. He’s become fairly chilly.
Then came a ‘Stargate Atlantis’ ep ‘Before I Sleep’ in which Weir is the focus so don’t bother. Why didn’t they stick with the original Weir actress Jessica Steen? The Gate Builders are cast in a particularly sinister light.
Then came ‘Point Pleasant’ which was the pilot ep of the series of the same name. There is a silly title card and a sudden violent storm washes in more than the tide. James Morrison and Aaron Paul (and his mullet) guest star. Evil has found the perfect town cos Christina is the anti-Christ! This was dull and full of systematic rejection.
“Do me eyes.”
“Setting stuff on fire. Very pagan.”
Finally there was a ‘Desperate Housewives’ ep ‘Come in Stranger’ and I say no to their psychosocial drama and their more or less obligatory issues. I do not care.
